Kennedy Pharmacy has leased 1,025 square feet at Colonial Village Shopping Center, 1 Lincoln Highway (Route 27, Edison. A grand opening event will take place 11:30 a.m. April 27. Mayor Tom Lankey is scheduled to cut the ceremonial ribbon. Edison TV Channel 15 also will be on hand. Brunswick Square, East Brunswick's family shopping, dining and entertainment destination, will further enhance its dining mix with the addition of New Jersey's first Bar Louie and a new location from Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews. Both restaurants are scheduled to open at the east entrance near Barnes and Noble this fall.

Founded in 1990, Bar Louie is a bar and eatery with a casual, social atmosphere. Known for their handcrafted signature martinis, they also feature appetizers, flatbreads, salads, burgers and sandwiches. Customers enjoy entertainment by The Lizard Guys during the opening of a Regal Bank branch in Summit. Regal Bank has announced the opening of a new full-service branch at the corner of Springfield Avenue and Beechwood Road in Summit.
